Disguise and characterize your vegetables: How to dress-up your veggies for the ultimate flavor

It is an age old tale that kids hate vegetables. Well guess what? Some of those grow into adults and still despise the veggie! A few ways to start enjoying vegetables is to pick mild flavorEd vegetables, add garlic, maybe add a delicate grated cheese, or herbs and viola.... deliciousness!! Another key suggestion to enticing your tastebuds for veggies is to play around with texture. Often time vegetables are overcooked which depletes taste and nutritional value. Try out asparagus drizzled in olive oil, sea salt, roasted garlic, and Parmesan baked on a roasting pan with a temperature of 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes. After the 7-10 minutes remove from the oven and squeeze a dash of lemon over the asparagus then eat! It will make your mouth dance with the Flavor gods.
